About the Role requirements
  • Zonal profitability - Plan Vs Achievement as well as growth over the previous month.
  • Gross transaction value - Target Vs Achievement & Growth over the previous month.
  • Transacting outlets growth- Slice and dice to grow further.
  • Count Of IDs activated in the geography- Plan Vs Achievement
  • Review CSM, TSM & ASM Productivity - Key Deliverables as well as Market coverage
  • New Distributor Appointment and M0 & M1 Analysis of appointed Distributors o M1/M2/M3 should to be 90%+
  • M0, M1 Analysis of Onboarded Retailers
  • Track & Record Competition & Industry Infra and GTV
  • Ensure Training calendar for the Zoneis adhered as per the plan
  • Building a strong Channel partner network for the company in the Territory/Area.
  • Establish market coverage based on population data and ensure Distribution penetration across the Region.
  • Plan and execute Channel partners engagement to drive high productivity at Retail outlet level.
  • Work closely with a cross-functional team of Finance and Customer support team to drive high-quality field execution.
