Roles and Responsibilities

Territory Sales Manager

An individual in the age group of 25-35 yrs with 2 wheeler along with valid DL. Should have a Laptop for basic data analysis and sharing. Preferably with 5/6 years Sales & Distribution experience. He should have worked extensively in the same state.


A person who drives Novopay Retail business by building a Sales Team and Channel in the given geography. He will be responsible for both CSM’s and Distributors productivity.

  • In-State Markets: He would handle 5 to 6 districts with a population range of 100-150 lakhs.
  • At Metros: He should Handle Markets with Pop of 50 lakhs


Any Graduate

Previous Experience:

Proven Sales - Distribution experience of 5-6 yrs with reputed companies either from FMCG/Telecom/Fintech/FMCD


  • An individual without Distribution experience.
  • Direct Sales Executives

Compensation Structure:

  • Fixed Component: As part of the payroll process with the standard deductions.
  • Variable Component: It is part of CTC. Variable will be paid based on monthly target achievement. Target parameters- New Distributor Appointment, Transacting outlets, GTV and New products sales of the entire Territory including cluster mapped under him.

Reporting Structure:

  • Reports to the ZSM

Market visit with CSM: TSM should visit CSM market at least 2 days in a week and this should be part of PJP. During the visit steps of the call followed as follows.

  • Visit New Distributor prospects as well as appointed Distributors
  • Enter the visit digitally using Leadr app
  • Pitch Novopay Products to make sure the understanding is clear.
  • Work end to end market coverage along with the CSM as per PJP.
  • Record feedback at every single sale call
  • Review CSM work and share feedback about CSM work. Also, capture the same in his leadrapp.
