Job title: Executive/Senior Executive Customer Support

Location: Sarjapur, Bangalore


Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Should possess excellent verbal and written skills, and strong collaboration and

interpersonal skills

  • Outstanding negotiation skills with a focus to resolve issues and avoid potential

complaints

  • Ensure target CSAT results are maintained
  • Ensure monthly target is hit
  • Should have proven abilities to handle fast paced clients in a customer support

environment and effectively manage complicated cases

  • Excellent problem-solving and management skills
  • Should have the ability to articulate observations and be brutally honest
  • Proven ability of attention to details
  • Ability to think tactically and identify significant process fixes
  • Should be able to look at challenges as opportunities to bring out the best

Key Qualification:

  • 2+ years of experience in call centre process
  • No Recent Gaps (Max 9 Months)
  • Should Have Handled Customers
  • Immediate Joiner is our first priority
