- Create new Business independently by identify and acquire new large corporate, SME customers directly or in close cooperation with Business Team.
- Develop B2B Business plans, long-term objectives and Sales pipeline
- Work closely with the Field Sales teams to drive high quality, cost-effective on ground execution
- Building a cash management solution to Corporates by Segment-wise targets which need cash to a digital solution, especially where there is geographical dispersion.
- Identify the key pinpoints or problems a Corporate face in managing cash at the field level.
- Understand the cost of managing cash for these companies
- The solution both in terms of efficiency and cost which interests the client to go ahead with the offer.
- Please review all the reports to be sent out as per the KAM process and ensure that any queries related to them addressed on a timely basis.
- Map and maintain a database of all stakeholders in the account.
- Present the quarterly plan with OKRs to the Executive Team, on B2B Sales focusing on segment-wise cash management solutions which need to be built from scratch.
- Manage relationship with the existing accounts to drive more GMV every month.
- Work with the Regional Sales team to set up a Distribution network to honour the services committed to Key Accounts.
- Lead generation through various sources, including social media marketing.
- Manage all agreements, renewals and price revisions with existing and new customers
- Interface with product management to provide the customer feedback and market intelligence based on interactions with the Customer.
