-3+ years of experience as abusinessanalyst
-Have an analytical bend of mind to look at the problem from a different lens, an eye for detail and a “product” mindset.
-Good communication skills to work withbusinessstakeholders to understand & articulate problems
-Prior experience in working in the payment/lending domain. Work experience in payment/lending product companies or payment/lendingbusinessesthat have built its own core platform will be an added advantage.
-Good process/project skills to be able to drive the analysis to actions on the ground
-Have an analytical bend of mind to look at the problem from a different lens, an eye for detail and a “product” mindset.
